Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how hard it is to pause.

We’re busy.

Like “back-to-back meetings, forgotten lunches, mind still racing at 11pm” kind of busy.

And even though we know mindfulness can help — with our stress, our focus, our energy — it feels impossible to actually fit it in.
